After having a high-risk pregnancy and birth due to my son's gastroschisis diagnosis, I wanted to take my knowledge and skills to help other mothers have a positive birth experience amidst the chaos. I struggled very hard through my pregnancy knowing my son would be in the NICU and I knew I wanted to help other moms navigate this experience. I also have a Bachelor’s of Biology where I have heavily emphasized research. I am hoping to use those skills to help moms “do their own research” and be educated in their experience.
