Birth can be incredibly intimidating, especially if you have a known NICU stay. Every birth is different, special, and sacred. My services are specifically tailored to your individual needs and experiences to help you advocate your way to a positive birth that doesn’t leave you traumatized.

Birth and NICU Doula Support
Basic package | $1643Birth packages are completely customizable for your needs. We can schedule a consultation to discuss the addition or removal of services.
NICU packages are available after consultation to discuss individual needs. Suport is primarily virtual, with in person support if within an hour of Henry County.

Pricing | $25/30 minutesThis service is a 30 or 60-minute virtual call to discuss birthing preferences, ask any birthing questions, have a fear-releasing session, or discuss NICU resources/advice. None of the advice is medical advice, however, we can discuss options and feelings about them. This session can also be in person based on location.
1-on-1 Coaching
Childbirth Education Course

Pricing | TBAThis will be an in-home or group class about physiological birth, advocacy during birth, NICU resources, and homebirth or hospital birth options. This course will be several sessions over a period of time (TBD). We will also focus on how to “do your own research” to best educate yourself to make the best decisions for your positive birth!
